The Welsh Government has commissioned Gareth Morgans as the independent lead to undertake a review of additional learning needs (ALN) advocacy provision in Wales.
A short survey for parents and carers is open to gather feedback on the provision of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Advocacy. We would be very grateful if you could support the promotion of this survey through your networks, to help ensure parent and carer voices are heard.
The feedback collected will be vital in understanding current experiences and informing future improvements to ALN advocacy services.

What ALN Advocacy provision in available locally?
Gwynedd and Anglesey families can access the ALN Information and Support Service. This service is provided by SNAP Cymru and provides independent information, advice and support for children and their parents or carers and young people who have (or who may have) additional learning needs. This includes resolving disagreements and ALN advocacy for children and young people.
Here in Gwynedd and Anglesey, SNAP Cymru provides our independent specialist ALN advocacy service to provide expert advice and assistance, by way of representation or otherwise, to a child or young person, including a child’s case friend.
